Approved Document E - Building Regs Compliance Testing and Certification

When dealing in conversions and new builds, you are now required to conform to new regulations, as described under Part 'E' of the Building Regulations.

Failure to conform to the new regulations will mean the Building Control Officer will not be able to sign off the property and therefore the property cannot be sold. This means that you need to make sure that your property will pass the tests.

Our highly experienced and qualified senior acoustic consultant can offer pre-completion testing for your property, providing you with the necessary Certification required by the Building Control Officer.

If you have had a test and failed:

We can evaluate your test report and offer recommendations to upgrade the current construction to pass the requirements. As we manufacture and sell a wide range of products we can also supply and deliver you required materials to site.
